Every summer, I find myself coming back to the same kind of pieces.
Things I can throw on without thinking too much, whether I’m heading out or just running somewhere quickly. As a mom, I’ve learned to make my life easier in small ways, and what I wear is definitely one of them.
I don’t want to overthink outfits. I just want pieces that feel easy and breathable, yet still make me look put together.
These are the ones I always reach for.

Summer Linen Maxi Dress
I love a good maxi dress, whether I’m going out for lunch or dinner. It’s one of those pieces that always works.
2. Woven Drawstring Tote
I grew up going back and forth between Jersey and Ecuador, so I was always around woven bucket tote bags as a kid.
I love this piece in the summer because it’s comfortable, timeless, and still feels put together.
3. Brown Leather Sandals
Leather sandals are always a good idea in the summer
4. Simple Gold Necklace
I usually finish everything off with a simple gold necklace. It’s one of those small details that make an outfit feel more intentional without doing too much.
5. Brown Tortoise Shell Sunglasses
I always keep a pair of sunglasses on me, and tortoise shell just feels a little softer than black.
There’s something about keeping things simple that just feels better.
And lately, that’s what I’ve been leaning into more than anything.
And if you’re in a season where simplifying feels like the right move in more ways than one, I put together a free 3-day reset guide for exactly that. You can grab it here and join the list.
